Hi I am arriving at Narita on Thursday around 1.30 pm with husband and 2 kids ( 8 & 11)
I wanted to purchase a one way Suica- Nex to go to Tokyo and for our 5 days there (will buy the JRP on the 5th day and will use it for return to Narita).
but upon reading on how to get to to Hilton-Shinjuku apparently NEX station is very isolated and getting to the hotel is not easy with a long walk etc etc...any suggestion considering that I am arriving with two kids??? Now I am thinking whether i should get Nex at all,

Hi there,

Here is the official access page for your Hotel the easiest way would be to catch the limousine bus from Narita Airport which stops in front of the hilton. An alternative would be to use the Narita Express to Shinjuku station and use a taxi for the last part. It's not far away and I don't think that the taxi fare would be over 1,000yen all together.

Hope this helps!
Daniel
