Hi there,
We are arriving late on May 18,so I'm assuming all the offices to pick up this items are already close
We will be staying at a hotel in kamata Tokyo,can you please advice where the nearest office to exchange and how to get there,since we won't be having any access to wifi direction till the 19.
Also,my pocket wifi is dated to start on 17...I miscalculated the days.im hoping it won't get cancelled if I don't pick it up right away.

Regarding your WiFi order, we generally keep it for at least 2 days but please contact us via [email protected] and we will add a note to be sure.
