Hi there!

For Nagasaki train station use Nagasaki(Nagasaki).

Nagasaki eki mae means in front of the Nagasaki station, so this is probably a bus stop. You will find this a lot in Japan when riding a bus where you will hear an announcement xxxx - Mae, this simply means in front of. Pretty handy to know!

The same is true for Nagasaki Daigaku Mae, meaning in front of Nagasaki University (Daigaku means University).

I hope this helps!

Kagoshima Chuo is the new station in Kagoshima where the Shinkansen stop, so this is probably the station you'd want to use.

Kagoshima is the old Kagoshima station but only local trains stop there.
