Hi, I am planning to be in Japan from Nov 25 - 29. Arriving Narita and stay in Tokyo for 2 days for sight seening and visit Mt Fuji and going to Nagano for 2 days sightseeing and come back to Tokyo on Nov 29 and fly out from Narita. Show I buy the JR pass or should I just get the tickets as I go. Please advice. Thank you very much.

Hi there,

For this itinerary it is better to purchase tickets as you go. Simply because ticket prices don't add up enough to a point where you can make savings using the JR Pass.

Hope this helps!
Daniel
