We are coming to Japan for 10 days. Landing at Narita airport and staying in Shinjuku area for 10 days and planning to go to Kyoto for 2 days and then to Osaka for a day and then back to Tokyo on the 10th day and catch a flight back from Haneda airport. How should I plan and buy my train tickets and passes to get best benefits?
If I can get a suggestion to plan my itinerary better ie: What all to do and see in and around Tokyo, where all to travel in Japan in 10 days. Area to stay in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and how much time to spend in there places.

Thanks
A

I figured something like that when you are in Japan for 10 days.

So just be sure to cover the return Tokyo - Kyoto - Osaka - Tokyo with the JR Pass and you are good to go!
