I will go from tokyo to kyoto and stay in kyoto for 4 days.
Then i´ll take a train from kyoto to osaka and return to kyoto. next day kyoto to nara to kyoto.
After kyoto i will go to Nagoya. and in the end will take a train from nagoya to tokyo.

Hi there,
Yes, a 7 day JR Pass will be worth it when used for your entire journey. The cost of a 7 day JR Pass is about the same as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto, now you get 7 days of unlimited travel for the same price.
