Can Canadian buy JR Pass from this web page?

This is our first time to use JR Pass. We interested to have JP Green pass. Following question need to clarify before we click to buy JR pass online.
1. Please let me know if Canadain can buy JR pass online from jrpass.com.
2. We will be in Japan for 7 day, can I pickup all the sit reservation at once?
3. After we complete exchange order and received JR Pass do we have to pickup or make sit reservation in the same time?
4. Can we pick-up SUNRISE SETO ticket at Narita International Airport?

Hi there,

Here are some answers for you:

  1. Yes, we deliver all over the world. Delivery time to Canada will be within 2 working days after you place your order. Please note that we offer the JR Pass for sale in USD, EUR and GBP currencies.
  2. Yes, you can reserve all your seats at the same time once you activate your rail pass on arrival in Japan.
  3. You don't have to make all of your reservations at once when you activate your rail pass. You can make reservations at any time during your journey as long as the JR Pass is valid.
  4. You can make your reservation on the Seto or Izumo at Narita. Please note that as the spaces on this train are limited there is no guarantee that you will be able to use this train. Make sure you have a backup plan!

We will arrive Nrita airport on August 3 at 3:55pm. After Custom Clearance and pick up luggage we plan to take 6:30pm train from NARITA AIRPORT TERMINAL 1 to TOKUYAMA. Can we get one month early reservation to guarantee we can get on to SUNRISE SETO at 10:00pm? Any suggestion for reservation online or direct line? Thank you.

Sorry I mean

NARITA AIRPORT TERMINAL 1 ==> take LTD. EXP NARITA EXPRESS to Tokyo

from Tokyo ==> take SUNRISE SETO to Okayama

from Okayama == > take SHINKANSEN SAKURA to TOKUYAMA

Hi there,

If you are a non-Japanese speaker, the best thing I can think of is to ask a friend in Japan, or your hotel, to place a reservation on your behalf. You could visit a local JTB travel agency in Canada, however they will charge you for the reservation and so you may be better off booking a mid range hotel in Tokyo or Yokohama on arrival. (actually, if you're coming off a flight, I really recommend this vs getting on a sleeper train!).

Thank very much. I will try to ask hotel place a reservation. I think it is a good plan to get on a sleeper train to save time and get some sleep after a long flight.
