Hi there, The Bullet train doesn't run directly to Haneda from Shin-Kobe, you'll need to transfer at Shinagawa to Haneda. Here is a simple itinerary for you to follow, with Hikari Bullets leaving Shin-Kobe every hour. Note that in these suggested itineraries there is a small (¥400) amount of non JR travel from Shinagawa to Haneda, however you would also be able to get to Haneda via the JR Yamanote and Tokyo Monorail with a JR Pass.
