Hi there, Once a Japan Rail Pass exchange order has been issued it cannot be extended, so you will have to return and refund your 14 day rail pass and repurchase a 21 day rail pass. If you are a jrpass.com customer, please contact support@jrpass.com with your order reference number and they will be able to help your further. Hope this helps! |
