I'm afraid that Japan Rail Pass is not reissuable. If you have lost a rail pass the only option available is to purchase another.

We can deliver to Japan, however delivery will take 4 working days minimum and so may not be in time for you. As you're leaving soon I recommend you visit a travel agent near you (if possible) that sells Japan Rail Passes and purchase over the counter.
