I'm planning my trip to japan for this august, and I was wondering if the trains I've chosen are JR accepted. If anyone could please have a look at my intinerary just to check if the trains are ok, i'll really appreciate it.

I've checked your itinerary, and can confirm the Japan Rail Pass covers all these lines. Be sure to reserve your seat (free of charge) at the ticket office before you board any of the longer running shinkansen like the Hikara and Sakura.
