Hi there,

For this, you'll need to use a mixture of Tokyo Metro and JR lines:

1) Take the Yellow Ginza Metro line east from Asakusa(G19) to Ueno(G16). You'll find Asakusa in the top right quarter of the Tokyo Metro Map marked G19.
2) At Ueno, take the JR Yamanote line south to Tokyo station
3) At Tokyo, take the JR Tokaido Line east to Yokohama
