Hi there,

That's right, Nozomi services are not included with the JR Pass. Getting to and from Narita Airport is fairly straightforward, it's a direct route to Tokyo via the Narita Express service. Tokyo to Shin-Fuji, Kyoto and Shin-Osaka are all directly accessible on the Tokaido Shinkansen.

I would recommend using the Navitime website to plan any routes in relation to timetabling.

You won't need to change trains for any of the stations you mentioned, provided that for getting to Fuji you'll do it via the Tokaido Shinkansen and alight at Shin-Fuji Station.

Generally, Narita to Tokyo is about 1 hour, Tokyo to Kyoto is about 2.5 hours, Kyoto to Osaka is about 25 minutes, Osaka to Fuji will be 2.75 hours, Fuji to Tokyo will be about an hour. There should be lockers at all these stations.

Hope this helps!

Alexis
