Hi
I am travelling to Hokkaido on Sunday 16 Oct and will arrive at the New Chitose Airport at approximately 2030. I understand that the JR ticketing office closes at 1900 so where else can I exchange for my JR Hokkaido pass? I need to travel to my accommodation in Sapporo and need the pass to do that.
Appreciate some advice/alternatives.

Hi there,
I am afraid that there will be no option expect for purchasing normal tickets for travel to Sapporo. Don't worry too much about this, as travel to Sapporo is not expensive.
