My hotel location is near from west exit shinjuku station. Can I take jr train from west exit shinjuku station? I with My mother that use a wheelchair. Thank you

Hi there,
Yes, Shinjuku station is wheelchair friendly and you can get on the platforms from the west exit, however the central exit may be easier to enter from.
