I will be traveling to Kanazawa in late march. My itinerary is as follows
Arrive Kansai
Travel to Osaka stay for 2 nights. Sightsee around Osaka.
Day travel to Nagoya
From Osaka to Kyoto stay for 2 nights .
Fr Kyoto to Kanazawa stay for 4 nights
From Kanazawa return to Kansai for departure.
Do I need a JR pass for above trips.
I am thinking of buying the ICOCA n haruka cards. Pls advice.

Here is a little breakdown of ticket prices without the JR-Pass:
Osaka Nagoya 12,360
Osaka --> Kyoto 540
Kyoto --> Kanazawa ¥ 6,710
Kanazawa --> Kansai Airport ¥ 10,150
This adds up to 29,760 the 7 day JR-Pass is 28,300 so you could save 1,460 assuming you make the above itinerary in its 7 day validity period. Buying single tickets is only slightly more so you could go either way.
