I am going to visit Japan in Feb 2017. Going to Sapporo for winter. Then go down to tokyo. Going to buy JR pass. So, how to go to tokyo from sapporo via JR?

Hi there,
From Sapporo take a ltd. express train service to Hakodate. From there you can use the Shinkansen to Tokyo.
The full route is covered by the JR Pass.
