Hi there,
It will not be possible to travel to Osaka on the same day, as public transport stops around midnight. My advise would be to find a hotel near the airport or in Tokyo and travel on the following morning by bullet train from Tokyo station.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
ooooh my God ... We need to be 14 in Osaka at all costs!
At what time does the first bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka ?
How long it would take to get ???
Thanks
Hi again,
Sorry for the delay in response, been very busy here.
The first bullet train departs around 6 am in the morning. You can arrive in Osaka before 10 am.
Kind regards,
Daniel
do not worry nothing happens
Okey, 6:00 am is perfect form me.
Then I want to know what is the best way to reach all transfers from Haneda to Osaka.
Greetings and thank you very much.
One question, will you be using a JR Pass or normal rail tickets?
JR Pass - 7 days
Okay, cool.
In that case: this would be the route.
However, you still have to exchange the JR Pass. This will be a problem though, as there is no exchange station that options this early.
See:

Best scenario I can see is: exchange the JR Pass at Tokyo station at 7:30, then use the 8.03 Hikari to Osaka.
Hi Daniel, good day.
I just communicate a change in the airline schedule, therefore arrival at Haneda airport will be at 4:00 am on December 14.
We remain at the airport until they open offices to activate the JR Pass, would be best? and then go as fast as possible to Osaka.
December 14: Arrival in Japan and travel to Osaka
December 16: Travel to Yokohama
December 20: Travel to Tokyo
These are our main routes.
Thank you very much.
Hi again,
Yes, the best option would be to stay at Haneda and travel on from there. Alternatively, you could already make your way Tokyo station and start from there. This way you can save a bit of time, as the exchange station at Tokyo opens at 7:30. However you would have to pay for the ticket to Tokyo. I think it is around 600yen per person.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
