We arrive in Narita at 2:40 PM / October, 28 (Tuesday) and will travel to Kyoto. We intend to take the Shinkansen from 5 to 6:30 PM.
In this short time, it will be possible to obtain tickets with reserved seating?
If purchase the Green Car Pass, will have more chance?
Thanks for the help
Travel from Narita to Kyoto in peak hours
Hi there,
This should be no problem at all, trains depart very frequently and have over a 1000 seats each.
Travelling by Green Pass would increase the chance of getting seats but I don't think you would need just for getting a seat, however Green Class is certainly nice after a long flight.
Hope this helps!
Daniel
Hi Daniel-san
Thank you for the information.
My wife and I will spend one month in the country of our fathers, who migrated to Brazil in 1924 with my grandparents.
