Tokyo - Kamakura (1 day trip) and Negishi Line

Hello my name is Alma,

I got the 7 day japan rail pass and I was wondering if someone can help me. I want to make a come and go trip, if it's possible, from Tokyo to Kamakura but I don't know how to use the Japan Rail pass, which line do I have to use and what stations do i have to take.

The other question I have is, if I can use the NEGISHI AND THE KEIHINTOHOKU LINES with my japan rail pass.

Thank you very much for your help and I wish you all a nice day.

Hi there,

Yes, you can use the JR pass between Tokyo and Kamakura using JR Yokosuka line.

Also, as the JR pass is valid for Japan railway, Negishi and Keihin Tohoku lines are covered by the JR pass as it is JR lines.

You can check further information of validly of the JR pass here

Have a nice day to you too!

I hope this helps,
Tomomi
