Hello there,

Yes, a 7 day JR Pass will cover travel between all of the above places and it will also help you to make savings over normal tickets. The JR Pass will also service as a single ticket for all your travel, which is convenient.

Traveling with large suitcases can always cause a bit of inconvenience. Unless you have someone to take care of it for you. Taking your suitcase on the train generally is no problem, although I would try to avoid rush hour when traveling on local trains.

Hope this helps and let me know if I can help with anything,
Daniel
