May I use the JR Pass 7 Days from Osaka to Nagoya without additional charges ?

As many times you want! There is no limit of number of uses.

Can I use the JR Pass from Nagoya to MT Fuji ? Any suggestion or guidelines or advice.

Yes, you have 2 options for Mt Fuji:

1) Hakone
2) Kawaguchiko

Kawaguchiko is the main starting point for hiking up, and is a lovely location to view the mountain from. Hakone is an onsen area with great views of Mt Fuji.

For Hakone, you can use the JR Pass to get as far as Odawara (sample itinerary. From here you must get the non-JR Odakyu train up to Hakone area. I reccomend the Hakone free pass for this.

For Kawaguchiko, you can use the JR Pass to get as far as Otsuki. From here you will need to get the non-JR line to Kawaguchiko.

After Mt.Fuji, I will go back to Nagoya stay a night then next day I will go back to Osaka, Can I use the same JR Pass without additional Charges ?
