Narita Express to Tokyo Central

hi there,

how many luggage can we take with us on the Narita Express? if i have 1 regular size and 1 carry one bag, would that work with the JR express?

Hi there,

Yes, that would be fine.

The official JR East rules to luggage are: You may bring up to two pieces of baggage on board free of charge. For each bag the total of the length, width and height must not exceed 250 centimeters, the length must not exceed two meters and the weight must be no more than 30 kilograms.

However this is not strictly enforced as you may see on an airport. A more general rule is, as long as you do not inconvenience other passengers, its fine to bring.
