Hi, just to check if i can use the JR pass from Narita T2 hop onto the Narita Express or ??? to Hamamatsucho then hop onto the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda airport? Is this route correct? and how long estimate it will take compare to taking a shuttle bus? I will be arriving at Narita 0930.
Thanks loads!!

Hi Mark,

Yes if you have a JR Pass you can use the Narita express + Tokyo Monorail for free to get to Haneda. In this case you take the Narita express until Tokto station, from here transfer to the Yamanote line to Hamamatsucho. From Hamamatsucho you can ride the Mono Rail to Haneda but you already found that one :)

This route takes about 100-120 minutes. Alternatively you can take the N'EX to Shinagawa and ride the Keikyu Airport Express to Haneda (400Yen) see here for an example.

The Airport shuttle bus takes 65-85 minutes depending on traffic.

Hope it answers your question!
