Hello there :)

A JR Pass would certainly be useful for the above itinerary. It covers by far the greater part - even so - here are a couple of things that are good to know.

Travel from Chubu Airport to Nagoya station is done using the Meitetsu railway which is not included in the JR Pass. You can activate your JR Pass at Nagoya station. The JR Pass covers the rest of the above train travel.

The JR Pass covers travel to Disneyland, the station for Disneyland is called Maihama and can be reached directly from Tokyo station.

Hope this helps!
Daniel
