Kansai to Kyoto return from Osaka to Kansai

Hi, need your advice, I will reach Kansai Airport and directly travel to Kyoto by Haruka, will stay couple days in Kyoto and Osaka... I will be leaving to Kansai AirPort from Osaka to Kansai Airport..

  1. how should I buy the Haruka discount ticket? round trip?
  2. If round trip - can I go to Kyoto, and return from Osaka?
  3. if not, what is your advice. thanks

I will buy the Icoca card, since this is my first trip to Japan. thanks

Hi there,

1.) I think using the Haruka + ICOCA package for one way to Kyoto would be the best option. From there you can use the ICOCA card for all other local travel. That's 3 questions in one answer :)
