Incorrect name on the Exchange Voucher

Hi,

I have bought 3 Japan Rail Green Passes and realized that one of the names of our passengers is incorrect on the Exchange Voucher.

I have sent in my question and order number to support@jrpass.com (this morning) and still awaiting a response.

How can we go about correcting this error as quickly as possible?
