Hi!!! i do understand how to pay this pass, but i don´t know if you send some package to my adress or you send me by email some information that i can use in the japan rail pass office. Could you explained me this process? cause im leaving in 4 days, and i live very far from Japan. (im sorry about my english =( )

Hi there,
The JR Pass can only be purchased outside of Japan. We will then send you a voucher using FedEx Express. Shipping times can be found on this web page.
