Hi there, we will be landing in Haneda airport after 1830 hours and the office hours for the JR East Travel center says that they will be closed when we arrive. We will need to use our JRPass to get to Omiya Station in Saitama so is there any way we can exchange our vouchers after the office closes?

Hi there,
Its not possible to exchange the JR Pass at Haneda Airport if the ticket office is closed.
You can however still travel to Tokyo station (open until 20:30) and exchange the JR Pass there for travel to Omiya station.
