Hi there,

Have a look our how to plan with Hyperdia blog post. This way you can find any route and time table within Japan and you can plan like a pro!

PS, Shinsaibashi is on the metro from Osaka station. I would use Osaka station for planning and just use the metro to travel to Osaka station.

Hi Daniel

I tried using Hyperdia.From "Shinjuku(JR) to OSAKA.

at Shin-Osaka: (Arrival track No.23 / Departure track No.15). meaning I need to look for track 15 to continue my trip? how far between these two tracks?

do I need to use and how to interpret "train timetable"?

Hi again,

Making the transfer is easy. There are signs guiding the way all around Osaka. The transfer can be made in 5 minutes so 15 minutes is plenty of time :)
