Hi there!

Here's a cost breakdown for you:

  1. Hakata > Osaka: ¥14,860 (179mins, 626km)
  2. Osaka > Kyoto: ¥540 (28mins, 42km)
  3. Kyoto > Odawara: ¥11,550 (160mins, 429km)
  4. Odawara > Tokyo: ¥3,440 (35mins, 83km)

JR ticket cost: ¥30,390 for 4 legs

Please note that I have assumed for Fuji you will be visitng Mt Fuji in the Hakone are rather than the town of Fuji. The JR Pass will get you as far as Odawara. From here you will need to use the non-JR Odakyu lines up to Hakone itself.

I hope this helps!
