Hi there,

I'm thinking should I get a JR 7days pass when I'm in Japan around next April. Below are my itinerary from 10th April till 21st April. We have four adults and 1 infant during the trip. Could you guys give me some advise? Much appreciated.

10th- reach Tokyo at 10pm plan to sleep over just for a night.
11th- bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka
12th- Osaka
13th- visit Kyoto day trip and back to Osaka for accomodation
14th- visit Kobe or might stay back in Osaka
15th- travel from Osaka back Tokyo city
16th- Tokyo city
17th- Mount Fuji
18th- Disneyland
19th- Disneyland
20th- Tokyo city
21th- heading to airport after lunch.

Many thanks,
Jasmine

Hello Jasmine,

A 7 day JR Pass is a good plan for your itinerary. The 7 day JR Pass is about the same price as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Osaka using the Shinkansen. From there any additional travel basically is free using the JR Pass. For instance, travel to Kobe, local travel in Osaka/Tokyo on the JR and so on.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
