I bought a JR West Kansai Wide Area Exchange Order.
I arrive in Tokyo on 1/4/15 but won't need to use the JR West Pass until 12/4/15 when I travel to the Kansai region.
Can I exchange the Order for the Pass while I am in Tokyo?

Hi there,
As far as I know, the JR West pass can only be exchanged within it's validity area at major stations.
