I am using JR east pass.
Seems like when i uncheck "pte railways"
There is no routes.
Is it correct? Are therer other ways to go there?

Hi there,
Shimokita is not serviced by any JR. You can use the Odakyu or Keiyo lines there, both are privately held and not covered by the JR East Pass.
An easy way would be to use the JR East pass to Shibuya station and use the Keiyo line from there. Or the Odakyu line from Shinjuku.
