Hi Daniel, Here's our itinerary going to Japan.
Day1- Arrival at Narita , stay at Shibuya area
Day2-Tokyo Disneyland
Day3-Mt Fuji
Day4-Nara
Day5-kyoto
Day6-Osaka
Day7-osaka
Day 8-Nagoya
Day9-Nagoya

Is the 7-day pass enough for our itinerary? does JR pass cover slepper trains if we want to travel during the night?
What is the most convenient JR line from Shibuya to Mt Fuji?
Thanks!

Hello there,

The JR Pass will nearly cover all of your travel but what I am wondering is whether you will return to Tokyo after Nagoya. This because it will be more economic to simply buy normal tickets if you stay in Nagoya. I do recommend a JR Pass if you return to Tokyo/Narita achter Nagoya.

For travel to Fuji see:

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
We will leave Japan via Nagoya on our 9th day.
Why is it more economical to buy regular trains , doesn't JR pass also cover
Regular trains? If we decide for example while in Shibuya we would like to hop to
Asakusa or central Tokyo won't pur JR pass cover them all?
