Daniel,
We are arriving May 20th to Osaka, then to Kyoto with a day trip to Hiroshima. Then to Tokyo on May 25th, then off to Mt. Fuji on May 27th for one or two days then back to Tokyo until 31st. Does a JR line go to Mt. Fuji? Thank you for your help.
Also does the pass cover Osaka/Tokyo subways?

Hi there,
It depends where around Fuji you wish to visit, we have a detailed write up here.
A 7 day JR Pass is recommended if you can cover Kyoto - Hiroshima - Tokyo with it. The JR Pass is also valid on local JR lines in Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto but not on the metro and other non-JR transport.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
