I'm planning to go to Japan this November

This is our schedule:
- 15th to 18th we will be in Tokyo - 19th in Kawaguchiko - 20th in Hakone - 21st to 23rd in Kyoto - 24th and 25th in Osaka - 26th back again in Tokyo

Now here comes the question,
Do you think it is better for me to get myself a 7 days JRpass or 14 days JRpass?
Which one is more efficient and more beneficial for me?

Please help. Thank you very much.

Hi there,

I recommend using a 7 day JR Pass for the trip to Kyoto and back to Tokyo. This part costs the most by far, from there try to cover as much travel as possible with it, to make the best of the pass.

Travel within the Hakone region is not included in the JR Pass. Here a Hakone Free Pass can be helpful.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
