Hi!

I'm planing to travel for 12 days around Japan (first 3 days in Tokyo, after that 1 day in Fuji, 1 day in Nagano, 2 days in Kyoto, 2 days in Osaka and 2 days in Disneyland). Do you recommend me to buy a Japan Rail Pass or to buy regular tickets for each trip?

Thank you!

Hello!

I recommend using a 7 day JR Pass for the trip from Tokyo - Nagano - Kyoto - Osaka - Tokyo. This will give you outstanding savings, compared to purchasing normal tickets and the JR Pass will cover travel between all these places, so no need to buy any other tickets.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
