My daughter was born Jan, 27th 2004. Now she is 11 years old and 5 months. We will travel to Japan duting 4th - 11th July 2015.

So Should I buy her the JR pass ticket for "adult" or "child" ?

If your child is 11 as of the date on which the exchange order is issued, you can buy the child price. Your infant is free, but not entitled to a seat if full.
