Hi there!

That's a very nice itinerary! I also think that a 7 day JR Pass could be of great use for it. The 7 day JR Pass is about the same price as a normal return ticket on the Shinkansen between Tokyo - Kyoto, so basically any additional travel that you may do with it, is what you save. For instance travel to Disneyland or Yokohama.

I would also suggest a visit to Nikko if you have a JR Pass. Nikko makes for a great day trip from Tokyo and houses some of the most impressive temple complexes of Japan.

Have a great time in Japan!

Good day!!

I am thinking to get the Tokyo Metro Two-day Open Ticket when arrive at Haneda Airport, is it worth?

This there any expiry date for the pass? for example, if i buy on 29/05/2014, can i only use it on 08/04/2014? is it convinent to use the Metro line in Tokyo?

Thanks

Ahoy!

It's easy to use the JR Pass for travel to both Yokohama and Kawasaki.

As for the metro ticket, I think that it only valid for 2 consecutive days. Although I am not completely sure if you have to start using it right away or can use it later on.
