Here's our tentative plan for 13 days:

Narita (arrive on Saturday)
Shibuya (Saturday to Thursday, will travel around to places nearby (Harajuku, Tsunashima, maybe Yokohama, etc)
Kyoto (Thursday to Sunday, also visiting Osaka and MAYBE Hiroshima)
Mt. Fuji (Sunday to Tuesday)
Shinjuku (Tuesday to Thursday, will travel around the area)
Narita (depart on Thursday)

Should I purchase the 7 day jr pass just for Shibuya - Kyoto/Osaka - Fuji - Shinjuku OR should I buy the 14 day pass to also include the trips to Narita OR should I not purchase a JR Pass at all?

Thank you for your help!

Hello there,

A 7 day JR Pass could be a good option if you can cover Shibuya - Kyoto/Osaka - Fuji - Shinjuku with it. A 14 day JR Pass could also be a good option but only if you include Hiroshima. Hiroshima does add a bit of extra travel time but personally I would not miss it, especially since you can also combine it with a visit to Miyajima.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
