A 7 day pass would work well for your itinerary, Apr 10-16. But for Apr. 12 it is of limited value in going to see Mt. Fuji. There are 2 places you can go to - Hakone or the Fuji 5 Lakes area. You can get a different pass for seeing those areas.

For Apr. 11th I suggest you go to Nikko.

For cherry blossom spots, have a look at:

As to what to see, it depends on your interests. For Tokyo, look through:

Hi there,

For Tokyo, Have a look at our 7 day example itinerary and 14 day example itinerary, I think it very much suit your days in Tokyo and can be useful for your other travels as well.

For the Sakura, you will arrive a bit on the late side to see the cherry blossom in Tokyo. Although this does also depend on the weather. If you wish to view more Sakura, then I would suggest a day trip up north at the start of your itinerary. Possibly to Sendai and Matsushima.

I see that you also have an open spot on the 11th. I would also pick Nikko as first spot to visit. Although Yokohama could be a nice alternative.

For the rest, I think your itinerary looks very good and I could use it as example itinerary for other travellers ;)

Bon Voyage,
Daniel
