Hi. I just want to ask if the 7 day JR Pass is a good buy for this itinerary. We are scheduled on 2nd week of july for 1 week tour. Arriving from narita to Tokyo - staying around Tokyo for 4 nights (incl. travelling upto 20diff places) then 2 nights for Tokyo to Osaka-Kyoto- then back to Tokyo, then Tokyo to narita dep on last day. Please advise.

Hello there,

Yes, the JR Pass is a great option here. You can make good saving compared to purchasing normal tickets and the JR Pass would cover all travel between these places.

Additionally the JR Pass can be used on the local JR network in Osaka and Tokyo.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
