Hi
I plan to use the rail pass to travel from Haneda to Kyoto via Shinagawa. Is there way that i can change there for the Shinkansen to Kyoto? Can i use the pass for the Keikyu line our of Haneda? many thanks!

Hi Alex,

The Keikyu line is not covered, you can however use the Tokyo Monorail instead and then travel via Utsunomiya to Tokyo or Shinagawa stations to take the Shinkansen from there.

Have a good time in Japan!
Daniel
