made a stupid mistake

Hello,
I am wondering what to do.
I have bought the pass 4 days ago from Lithuania however I still haven't received it yet and also I am leaving to Japan tomorrow. I haven't received anything from FedEx therefore I have no Idea what to do. My options that I am aware of: changing the destination of the letter to Japan , or canceling the current order and buying one again, if that is wise. If the latter is possible who I should contact to?I will start my travel in Japan from 4th of June.

Please contact us directly at support@jrpass.com with your order number and we will help you directly. Or contact your re-seller if you purchased it somewhere else.

We may still be able to change the shipping address to Japan but keep in mind that it takes 3 business days for it to arrive. If that does not suit, refunding the JR Pass would be the better option.

Hi,
In a worst case scenario, if you are in Japan without anything, ask the JR office what they have for regional passes. They might have something where you can still save some money, depending on your itinerary.
