48 hours response time for email is insufficient.
I ordered 2 passes yesterday and have not received a confirming email.
I am running out of time and need to confirm the passes are on the way.
Having no contact phone # is a bad business practice.
If you do not contact me immediately with confirming information or a phone # to discuss my order, I will be posting this problem on all the on-line Japan travel forums and websites.
And if you have not processed my order and sent the passes and I do not have their use while in Japan I will take up your performance and lack of contact phone # with the Japan Rail Head Office while in Tokyo.
