Where can I get a metro or subway stations/lines that I can use with the JR pass? or can I use Tokyo Metro Subway with my JR pass?

Hi there,

As the Tokyo metro is not operated JR the JR Pass is not valid for travel. However JR does operate a good rail network around Tokyo that is valid for Japan Rail Pass holders. Here is a map of JR lines in Tokyo for reference.
