If I have college student visa, Can I use "JR Kanto Pass"?

Q2: If I am already 25 years old but not reach 26, Can I buy JR East Pass with price for "youth"?

Hi there,

The JR East Kanto pass can be used as long as you are a foreign passport holder and visa status shouldn't be an issue.
Yes, provided you are 25 at the date of travel you are eligable for the JR East Pass Youth Fare.
