Hi Tony,

To travel from Hakone to Hiroshima on the bullet train you first need to get to Odawara station (which is on the Odawara lines that run around Hakone). Once there you should be able to board a bullet train to take you to Hiroshima, changing at Shin-Osaka. Here's a sample itinerary for you.
