Thanks for the link! This ticket is also known as the Tokyo Tour Ticket, or Tokyo Furii Kippu by JR. You can see a more detailed route map from this JR page on the valid area. I'm afraid it will not cover any of the lines you mention. This PDF includes a very detailed map of the locations that the Tokyo Tour Ticket is valid.
